Food wasn't half bad but there was horible service and there was deserts you could tell were not available because there were three empty places. I left upset because the cashier wouldn't honor the restauant.com certificate. I tried to explain the on screen option to them and it seemed like they didn't know how to read it. I tried to use the $25 for $10 on screen option on my phone. The woman insisted I had to have a paper voucher when it clearly had the instructions on the screen. I tried to show her multiple times and she refused to even look. I doubt any of the people in there knew how to read English because they were not interested in looking. I was very nice considering the way I was treated. The woman just scratches out the certificate # and gave me a small discount after she bumped up the price and I just had to pay it. The food was pretty good though...the owner just needs better help SERIOUSLY! Also, there is something that tells me these people were the owners or maybe under qualified family? I'm good with the whole family help thing but you got to know how to provide good customer service.
