The Staff at Jack Quinns is great! The manager and the server were both very attentive to our table. The location is in downtown Norfolk, and the interior of the building is very cozy. I love the old wood feeling of the place. The food was your traditional Irish fare, but I did notice they do cheaper daily lunch specials, so I'll have to go back and try it. Overall, a great place for a casual night out.
