First let me say, I rarely complain. I have worked in restaurants and definitely appreciate how hard of a job dealing with the public can be. I have dined at Jade three times. The first time it was excellent. The second time it was just bad. I ordered a Mojito with vodka. The server explained that he would have to check since they don't always have mint available, which was no big deal. When he returned with my drink it was made with old, brown, slimy mint. It also appeared to have sour mix in it. I told him I could not drink it and he asked why...which should have been pretty obvious since there were brown things floating in it. Then the food finally came. I ordered the same chicken dish that I had ordered on my first visit...it was not the same dish. Not ony was it different, but the chunks of chicken were not fresh, the meat was stringy and tasted fishy. The server was very nice and offered to have the kitchen make me something else, which I did take him up on. The replacement meal was much better. Then we went there for dinner and the meal was good again. Overall it has been inconsistent at best and I still have never recovered from the slimy mint and fishy chicken...will probably not return.
I visited this location for the first time recently with co-workers. They had all been to the restaurant before and recommended it. I thought the food and service were excellent and will definitely return again.

Jade is a great sushi restaurant. It has become one of the favorites among my group of friends. The sushi is very fresh and the other dishes on the menu are also good. It also has a great ambiance. I would not however, recommend as a restaurant to bring children.
