My husband and I overall enjoyed this restaurant. After trying numerous mexican restaurants in the area this is the one we keep going back to. The food is seasoned without being overbearing and the wait staff is very good at checking up on you throughout the meal to ensure you have what you want. I would reccomend Jalapeno's to anyone who likes mexican food.

My husband and I overall enjoyed this restaurant. After trying numerous mexican restaurants in the area this is the one we keep going back to. The food is seasoned without being overbearing and the wait staff is very good at checking up on you throughout the meal to ensure you have what you want. I would reccomend Jalapeno's to anyone who likes mexican food.

Bad food and poor customer. No use to answer the staff question, "How was it?", because they don't care! Jalapeno's Smithfield VA - Chesapeake VA
Manager did make good on the ticket, but it took massive complaints to get results. Will not return.
