Flame Broiled Burgers is located in Central Seattle On Judkins & M.L.K. Charlie's is the affordable Seattle burger joint with history to prove it. We got started several years back and had great success with our first "Charlies" in Utah & Texas. The business was booming and Charlie's was rocking but family priorities came first, which forced us to sell our business and move back. We are a successful Seattle Burger joint because we have always served affordable quality burgers. We love our business and our customers so when we had this opportunity come knocking on our door again, we decided to take advantage of it. At Charlies Flame Broiled Burgers we are definitely not your ordinary Seattle burger joint. We have wide variety of burgers to choose from. All of our burgers are made fresh off a flame broiled grill, (no heat lamps here) and come with freshly sliced lettuce, tomatoes, Charlie secret sauce and steak fries (can be substituted for onion rings or mushrooms). We also serve up a mean breakfast menu, includes everything from pancakes, huevos rancheros, to huge breakfast burritos that comes with everything except the kitchen sink.
