horribly run. Owner NEVER there! always out eating @ other restaraunts! what does this say?????? snobby servers. food great but not made by chef. made by chefs lacky.bar tenders talk more than pour.
Halls has a great breakfast buffet!

We visit OC every summer for a week. We always visit their seafood buffet at least twice while vacationing. Very good atmosphere, good food, alot of fun.
Crab cakes tasted "fishy"....mostly filler...very little crab. Service is slow. Some people like them for their all-you-can-eat(AYCE) crab dinners but their AYCE crab legs are not a good deal.
Phillip Seafood Festival Buffet in North OC is my favorite dinner buffet!
They have a salad bar, soup, raw bar, steamed bar, pasta bar(my favorite), and dessert bar.
They have steamed crabs, crab legs, shrimp, clams, oysters, fresh fish, jambalaya
