I went to this KFC twice, The first time my family ordered twelve piece all white meat dinner, with extra ears of corn and lg. mac & cheese. The staff should have told me the better value was not to order two single ears of corn, but the four ear value side. When we got home, there was NO ears of corn in our bag, the mac & cheese was TOO thick to eat and the chicken was very greasy. We went back several weeks later. We ordered the eight peice dinner all white meat and paid the usual .80 a peice for the breasts and we still got two thighs,two breasts and four wings. We went back five days later and I informed the girl at the register what had happened and asked her to make sure we actually got what we paid for this time. She asked me to leave my name and address and her manager would contact me via mail. Twelve days later, having not heard from KFC, I called the Monroe GA restaurant and asked to please speak to a manager, I was left on hold for seventeen minutes. I called back and the girl took my phone number and said the manager would call me. So far, I have heard from noone from KFC. Tell me, would YOU be satisfied? Frankly, my family is disgusted with how we've been treated.
This store was the worst waffle house i had ever eaten at.The floors had used napkins and food all over it,our waitress had body odor, and our food had hair in it. it was the most awefullest store ever. so i talk to the district manager tim something
