The last several times I have gone to KFC in Sapulpa, at least one or two of the following occur: The type of chicken I order is not available (crispy), can't substiute legs for wings, even when I offer to pay extra, they have run out of a side dish I want (usually mac and cheese), or they just get the order wrong and I have to go back! On my most recent visit, they could not substitute legs for wings, (and I offered to pay extra - whatever happened to making the customer happy?!?!), and they were out of extra crispy legs (19 minute wait), AND when I asked for butter and honey, they could ONLY give me honey - they were out of butter! It was 7 p.m. - early enough not to have run out of butter! This occurs every singe time I go to KFC. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
