La Caille is Utah's premier ultra-luxurious dining experience. Located on 22 acres of Salt Lake's most coveted Little-Cottonwood Canyon property, La Caille's grounds offer breathtaking views, manicured gardens, exotic wildlife, canyon rivers, lush vineyards, winding brick lanes and authentic French decor. La Caille itself is housed in an 18th century French-inspired Chateau. Guests dine in one of four unique dining rooms and, during summer months, on one of our three spectacular patios. La Caille is a twelve-year AAA Four-Diamond Award recipient and our contemporary French menu and service has earned praise nationwide. We feature a four course menu featuring classic items such as Escargot, Foie-Gras, and rack of lamb along side more unique presentations of Venison and Shashimi-Napoleon. La Caille is also Utah's preeminent restaurant for wine lovers, offering over 850 selections alongside its extensive list of liquors and inspiring cocktails.
I brought a friend to brunch and I am very pleased to report that this is the second time in my life I was happy to tip more than the food cost. The ambience was magnificent, the food better than perfect. I asked them to do a couple of special things with with the brunch and they did! The food tab was $89 and my tip $110. I will fly in and do it again. Thank you, Tom Wakefield

This place is like a carrot on a string....The drive up is like a fairyland, then once inside you can expect stuffy and unprofessional service, lousy food that for us was overcooked, dry and tasteless. The real shocker was the bill......we paid $320.00 for the two of us for food, service and attitude that made us sick. If you plan to go, bring your bank account and a tremendous amount of patience....this place is a joke gone bad. The Hendens

I'm surprised to be the first to review this restaurant. If you're willing and able to stand up and pay for an outstanding dining experience, this place, without exception, is the finest to be had anywhere around here. Be it brunch or dinner, the food, the ambiance, simply cannot be beat. If you've got out-of-town guests, this place will simply blow their minds. The property, the service, the food, (wonderful, but less than the best I've had, but, by a small margin), makes this place a restaurant that will be seeded in it's diner's minds for a long time. Go there once, you'll look forward to, and go there again for special occasions...bring a deep pocket.
