Welcome to La Guaracha. It is the new restaurant located at the Four Ambassadors complex .The premises have been decorated with elements of the Caribbean music of yesterday paying a tribute to the "Salseros" of the 60's, 70's and 80', featuring a Latin Gastronomy Menu and a friendly ambiance dancing to the rhythm of guaracha and Miami.

Using a state of the art sound system, La Guaracha will present nights of yesteryear and alternative Caribbean music mixing with the best live talent, live DJ's, Salsa Bands, concerts with local and international talents and unique presentations, reviving first class music and talent.

Serving Lunch and Dinner from Monday through Friday, and dinner on Saturdays, with Latin food and Creole seasoned meals, such as Ropa Vieja, (Shredded Beef) Picadillo (Minced Meat), Chicken Sirloin, Veal Milanese, Grilled Mahi-Mahi, Baked Red Snapper, House Salad, Typical Sandwiches and side dishes such as Congri, Mofongo, Cassava, Chinese-Cuban Rice, Ripe Plantains, Fufu and Tostones (Fried Green Plantains)

Our menu will also be available for delivery in Downtown and Brickell between the 5th and 14th Street from Biscayne Bay to Miami Avenue.
