This place is simply the best! We moved to schertz 11 years ago and stared to eat at a little place on 78, it was ok. The first time we ate @ La Pa's was the last time we have eaten mexican any place else since.We probably get take out an average of 3 times a week ever since. Consistency is incredible, Francisco the owner uses the best ingredients and oils, never had that burnt oil taste that you burp up for a while after you eat. The staff and cooks are the best!
