The Lighthouse use to be more family oriented and a place were regulars patrons were found on a nightly basis. Now the regulars are gone and replaced by a new crowd who likes to fight and drink prices are as high as Westgate and Scottsdale which isn't the Lighthouse's competition. Similar bars in the area have less expensive prices and a better atmosphere. Loyalty loss out to Friday and Saturday night cover charges.

Hi, from Julie of the Lighthouse, ok not the Love Boat, the days of the Lighthouse from the time I came in to how it has changed is phenominal!
It all depends on your attitude now, but it used to be the place where friends could hang out, pull tables together, and enjoy themselves.
Those days are long gone. The night life has changed that along with all the new drinking and smoking laws. However, go before 9 pm and take your friends and you will be welcomed and shown a family atmosphere.
A fun place to meet good and long lasting friends and some become family members!
If you like to sing and love to dance, there is still the good time for that after 9 pm. Pool and beers are always good on the other side at all times but you get to hear all the karoke singers, who do such a wonderful job!
The owners and staff are awesome, along with the regular people who patronize.
ps I can't comment on the food because I go to have a beer and dance, or on occasion sing, or welcome you to the LIGHTHOUSE!

3 strikes and you are out!!!! I went there 3 times with a friend who persuaded me, usually I only give it 2 shots at best. The bar was overcrowded in the wrong way. For some reason the bar took reservations for tables. Unfortunately while myself and

Nice experienced bartenders on the small side of the restaurant. But the prices are Scottsdalish with wannabe gangbangers and trouble at any turn. Definetly not a place to bring your first date or mom to. Any place that needs the Sheriff parked out front on the weekends is heavly mismanaged!

I started out at the lighthouse doing karaoke.I enjoyed myself everytime I went. The food is good,(there are only two bartender I go to that know how to fix my drink though)the karaoke host is wonderful. The system is great!! I get to sing, dance, sing, and dance. So if you want to show your voice skills off and your dance skills go here. My bad point of view:Have gotten a little bad with the fighting. Maybe under control now though...
