Logan's restaurant in Cleveland, Tennessee only;
worst pitiful service I have ever had in a restaurant;some snotty young kid who had never been trained.This is the manager's fault.Will ever go there again and will tell everyone I know not to go there

Great server. She made a mistake. served Steak cooked wrong. Someone tried to cover for her and really made it worse. All 6 others in our party had finished their meal by this time and were ready to leave . One left with a small child who was geting restless. Manager got really rude when I wouldn't accept his offer of another steak. took of the price of the meal I never received. Server was very gracious and apologetic. manager was a jerk. We eat out 2 or 3 times a week. We will Never go there again.

Went to Logans on gunbarrel rd for dinner the night of Dec 31st 2007. I must have gotten the same manager as the guy from Ohio . First NY strip steak was over cooked due to mix up in order. Fully understandable, No problem . Second attempt to replace the steak was a total disaster. My med rare NY strip was delivered, in less than 5 minutes, by a person whom we had not seen until now . It was obviously cooked by some method other than grilled . It was whitish grey, through and through as you would expect a pork chop to look rather than beef. No I did not say it was possibly a pork chop . It was a NY strip that resembled pork in color only. However it was prepaired it was not cooked on the grill.I think it was steamed because the side of brocolli was almost black in color. I sent it back and the manager came to the table and denied that the steak had a problem .He offered to prepair another for me. Four others at our table were finishing up their meal and we had two small children in our party of 7. I was not going to sit there and wait until they attempted to cook another steak . The manager was totally rude and let it show without hesitation. I was comped for my lack of meal. DooDah. Do me a favor don't charge me for a meal I didn't get and that should make me happy ? Thank you for nothing. The server was not responsible and got a very good tip . My tip for the manager . Get a real job flipping burgers or something you can handle.

I have always enjoyed Logan's food. I live in Ohio now, and I went home(Chattanooga,TN) to visit for Thanksgiving. The family members who I was staying with had never been to Logans before.I told them how great the ribs and food were, and went on to order ribs to go for everyone. To my displeasure the ribs were the worst I have ever had!!!! I promptly called the restaurant to let the manager know about the food, and the lack of rolls (they didn't give me any). He told me to bring back the food and he would give me a refund. I took the food back and he seemed to suggest to me that it was my problem because I ordered ribs to go. He did refund my money, but my dinner and reputation were ruined.

Great Food, nice atmosphere, every visit.

First time in this restaurant. Had problem with server and food order but when the manager teresa got involved she made everything right and took care of the problem. With managers like this we will be back again and again.

Logan's had the best Marguaritas I've ever had. The salad was awesome, as was the baked sweet potato. The steak was great but I was stuffed from all the other great food and drinks by the time I got to it, tho i gave it my best. :)
