Today's date is Dec 1,2007. As frequent customers at your Johnstown location, my wife, myself and daughter were at your restaurant today and experienced a terrible visit. Upon arrival at approximately 4:30pm we were greeted promptly as usual and seated. After our hostess did her part in seating us and giving us our menus, then the wait began. We were put aside so to speak for just about a half an hour. This included no waitress no drinks,ZILCH, nothing but a bucket of peanuts. I would like to remind everyone that after a good days hard work a couple of cold beers, perhaps a mix drink for my lady, and a soda for my child would've been nice. I also enjoy a decent meal with my family on a saturday afternoon. None of this was achieved on this day. We were passed by on several occasions, even with my wife on one occasion flagging down a waitress, to no avail. I would just appreciate it if the next time,and I mean the next time we visit that the hostess and staff could remember us for atleast the first 15 minutes of our dry half an hour.
