Oak Lawn Restaurant Guide

This is the most horrible, unprofessional, unfriendly, overpriced, dirty, nastiest place on the South Side!!!!! Will never ever step foot in this place again!

Had very very bad service, food wasn't anything special, and place looked dirty! NO THANKS!

My wife and I are from the Orland Park area and heard about Louie's Chophouse from some friends. I decided to bring my wife here for her birthday. We sat in the bar area close to the fireplace. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. We both had steak, and it was truly one of the best steaks I've ever had! We had a great experience there and will definitely be returning!

Not worth the money! You get food that is not better than you would find at a Chili's restaurant and the service is way worse than you would find at a Taco Bell!

Please explain to me how, in one year's time, a restaurant can slip so badly? Louie's used to be our favorite place to go, and now we never want to go there again. The food has slipped, the service was among the worst I have ever experienced, and even our drinks were not satisfactory. South sides biggest let down.

What a shameful waste of time! Going to Louie's Chophouse I can only be sure of one thing, that I will be receiving rotten service and passable food. NO THANK YOU

I live in Oak Lawn but will be avoiding this place completely until they overhaul their staff. Horrible front line people TERRIBLE BARTENDERS clueless servers!

This is a fabulous restaurant. It's noted for its steaks which few if any other restaurants can surpass in taste and quality. Every entree we have ordered has never disappointed us. It has an elegant atmosphere with entertainment on weekends---typically a vocalist at the keyboard warbling romantic ballads.
