Madhuban Indian Cuisine

If there is negative star, i would like to give madhuban that. It is a horrible place, please DONT go there. The food is awful. It was ok few years back, but it has deteriorated. The management and waiters are RUDE. They dont know how to behave with customers. I would never go back and i advice you not go either.
I had organized a party at this restaurant. They agreed to a lot of things and promised a lot of stuff while booking. But the day before the party they out-rightly refused saying or agreeing to it. And above all they very very very rude and even threatened us. They threatened us and said if we want, we could cancel the event, which they knew was not possible a day before the party. They threatened us and told us that "Our restaurant does not run because of you". I think a restaurant runs on awesome food and good service and this place has neither. We had to face soo much embarrassment due to the bad quality of food in our party. I regret going there.

Please don't go to this restaurant.

We had catering done from them...

During negotiations they offered a coupon instead of actual price reduction. We accepted.

At the party one dish was served stale and had to be removed so as to insure people do not fall sick.

The price should have been reduced for such an error, but was not.

After payment, the coupon presented had a condition that double the amount had to be spent to avail the desired discount...

When we mentioned this was not acceptable and asked why did they not mention this would be the condition on the coupon at the time of negotiation they said this is all they have take it or leave it. They were not the least bit concerned, since they had now received their full payment.

On request, they did not even compensate us for the agreed amount of discount...

We left highly disappointed...
