We had catering done from them...
During negotiations they offered a coupon instead of actual price reduction. We accepted.
At the party one dish was served stale and had to be removed so as to insure people do not fall sick.
The price should have been reduced for such an error, but was not.
After payment, the coupon presented had a condition that double the amount had to be spent to avail the desired discount...
When we mentioned this was not acceptable and asked why did they not mention this would be the condition on the coupon at the time of negotiation they said this is all they have take it or leave it. They were not the least bit concerned, since they had now received their full payment.
On request, they did not even compensate us for the agreed amount of discount...
We left highly disappointed...
