Mago, meaning Magician in Spanish, features original Mexican and Latin cuisine. The creation of Chefs Juan Luis Gonzalez (formerly of Fuego Mexican Grill) and Ric Munoz (formerly of The Grand Station), this new B.Y.O.B. eatery in downtown Arlington Heights offers a seasonal selection of appetizers including three ceviche choices, fresh salads, and main dish entrees including steak, chicken, pork and seafood. The menu also includes the classics: Suiza Style Burritos - here guests can pick the stuffing, Enchiladas, and Fajita's including a Mago-style option served in a hot molcajete. When it comes to Tacos, Juan Luis has created nine delicious versions to pick from - all promising to excite the taste buds. Lunch also includes several Tortas, a Jibarito sandwich and a Cuban-style burger, all served with homemade chips. For dessert, diners can enjoy chocolate molten cake, Tres Leches cake or a flight of fried ice cream, to name a few.
