The absolute best authentic NY philly steak sub - we added mushrooms and hot peppers - toasted fresh bread with all the works... they use sirloin! and the garlic flavored the entire meal! Plenty of cold cuts on the italian sub! I can't wait to try the others on the menu!

Nothing to brag about. The prices are reasonable and the menu is ok. I can get in and out of there fairly quickly during lunch. They need to do somethign about the bread..toast it or something.

My wife and I stopped in for dinner and we were very impressed. The portions size are huge...we both have healthy appetites and could've shared one dinner. The alfredo sauce is homemade and may very well be the "Best" alfredo sauce I have ever had (and I have ate in Sicily and Italy). Highly recommend this restaurant...we will be back!

Excellent, close and they deliver when I don't want to get out and deal with traffic. Great place, eat there at least once a week.

I have been more than happy at Mama Rosa's The food is made to order and made not pre cooked like at most places. Always busy says alot about this place. Services is excellant even when busy Kids are treated nice!! Owner makes a point to personally great you spend time getting to know your family.Party room is always full. Beautiful room for any event. the staff is willing to help you in any way they can. I witnessed them working with customer on a rehersal dinner and they helped them make menu choices allowed them to set up room any way they felt was best and redirected when they felt it was best for customer. Planning on a graduation party and 30th anniversary party this year.

Watery pasta, dregs in the kitchen, not the best choice for "italian" food. Service is fair, better for folks seen as locals. Value to food quality not the best.

My son is looking at using this restaurant for his rehearsal dinner and I called only to be shuffled around on the phone. I actually heard the original caller say "I don't want to talk to her either" I spoke to a woman by the name of "Brenda" who said she couldn't understand what I was saying but it's funny she responded to me just fine. Brenda after placing me on hold for an unreasonalbe amount of time suggested I speak to Kathlyn Scott but she was much to busy to talk to me. No one asked to get my phone #, name or anything. I was calling to talk to them about the very bad review I saw posted on this website because my son was looking at using them. I can see now that the rating was accurate in the area of CUSTOMER NO SERVICE.....

The food was fantastic but I found a fingernail in my food and the manager Kathy didn't offer a single apology or refund. She said that the owner has never given a refund, never has, never will. She was very argumentative on the phone and offered the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's a shame because the food is fantastic but I will never eat there again and encourage people not to support business's who don't seem to care what you find in their food.
