We continue to operate with Chef Craig West, a California Culinary Academy, San Francisco graduate, who was personally trained by Nino. Chef West brings a vast medley of tastes to Mamma Susanna's after working at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills for 2.5 years.

The relaxed family owned restaurant atmosphere, makes Mamma's a cornerstone in the East Sacramento area.Mamma Susanna's Ristorante Italiano is located in River Park, which is a neighborhood across from Sacramento State University J Street Entrance.
