All food businesses have their ups and downs. A side from waiting I have never had a bad pizza or pasta from Mansettis. I don't know much about the other reviewers here but I have NOT had any bad experiences from this restaurant and I have been eating here for at least 5 years now.

Asked them to not break my spaghetti in half, they did it anyway so I asked for long spaghetti and was told we don,t make that here. I broke spaghetti for my 3 year old, but I,m not 3. Didn't eat the food and got hassled by the cashier for refusing to pay. Waitress wrote don't break spaghetti on slip so we both ended up hassled by cashier. Not going back.

I had the same issue as the other viewer only mine was this past sat night, I asked for delivery, they did not have a driver (on as SAT?) so we got there in 25 minutes even though my pizzas were going to be ready, well two of the three were but whoops they forgot to put the third one in. So we waited another 20 mins and of course by that time the two that they KEPT WARMING ON THE OVEN, I am not a fan of cold pizza and they were very clear that those pizzas would be hot. I must look like a fool. Will try the Mansettis elsehwhere if I need pizza or stick with Carbones in Coon Rapids.
I ordered 2 large pizza's Sunday for the family and I was told ready in 20 minutes, I waited 30 to be safe and upon arrival I was told that they had not even been started yet! Now I have a girlfriend and 4 hungry kids in my vehicle and he cannot even tell me when it will be ready! The first question they asked me when ordering was "what is your phone number sir?" so my question to him was if you have no intention of using it, why did you ask me for it? I asked for the manager and I was told that not only was he not there, but 75% of the staff working Sunday were new and untrained. I then asked if it is unusually busy for a Sunday evening and his response was "No, it is always like this" ????????? Am I missing something here!? I love the food, but this is the second time this has happened to me here in the last 2 months and I can't say that I will go back, maybe it's time to try my luck at one of the many other pizza resturants in the area.
