My wife, daughter and I dined in at the Greenwood Mazzios this evening. My wife and daughter ordered a pizza and shared it. My chicken parmesan wasn't delivered when the pizza was. I had had a salad, which was good. About 45 minuted had past when I asked a very nice waitress if she could check on my dinner. She did and said it would be out in a little while. My wife and daughter had been done eating for a long time. I finally told the girl that I would just take it to go. At about an hour we finally got up to leave and I told a man working behind the counter that I had to go and to refund my money for the my entre. He handed my ticket to a young woman on the phone who was typing on a computer. I suppose something was wrong and she was getting some tech help. After several minutes of this she finally asked what I wanted and I told her. She wanted to know the reason. I explained that I had never got my order. She gave me the money for the entre and mumbled she was sorry. I asked what had happened and she didn't know. I asked if I had simply been forgotten and she did't respond. I think the casual indifferent way I was treated bothered me more than not getting my food. We have ordered pizza for family gatherings on many occasions there, but I believe this will change from now on. Howard L. Brownfield DDS
