If you use the drive-thru service at this location, always be sure to check your bag before you leave. More often than not, your order will be incorrect or have items missing. This happens all too frequently at this location. If you are dining in and have a complaint be warned that one of their managers has no compassion and lacks in customer service. He is not open to customer suggestions and shows no concern for putting the customer first. I left there absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated. If the manager on duty has no concern for the customer's feelings, that does not say much about the business. Also items such as toys for kids meals, nuts for sundaes etc are often "sold out" and they do not tell you until after you have paid for the bill. If you want to recieve what you have rightfully paid for, DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!
This year (2009) this restaurant moved to Hwy 41 and Lynch Rd and remodeled. A 100% improvement! Service is good; food is great! Very comfortable and clean. Much better value than Bob Evans.
I visited this Denny's restaurant while staying at a nearby hotel. I absolutely loved the classic diner look and feel of this place. The service was great and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
