I have NO clue what is wrong with the Lititz McDonalds but EVERYTIME (possibly 12) times that I have been there, either the order was wrong, it took forever or the food was cold or stale. OR.. a combination of ALL the above!I can see something happeing once in awhile, but this is ALL the time. I NEVER saw such an unorganized place in all my life. In comparison to other McD's, this is by FAR the WORST! What a shame for a nice town like Lititz to have a McD's like this! the owner needs to fire everyone and rebuild, this place is a disaster!

The last 5 times I have been at McD's, I have gotten the wrong order 4 times. I have waited inside AND in the drivethrough 10 minutes on a regular basis. VERY disorganized and needs better management. I can understand an occasional error but this is totally rediculous and not like all other McDonald's.
