MCL is a great place to get real home cooking. I am disappointed with the management team. They are as friendly as their employees. I think the management team forgets where they got their start. They also forgot what it is like to be just a employee. Maybe the management team needs to have more training on how to treat they employees.

I really enjoy MCL; however, the managers are very rude to their employees. I have been at the cafeteria and heard managers speaking to employees and not even taking in consideration that they are getting on to them in front of co-workers and customers. If the managers feel that a employee needs to be talked to then they should take them into the office to discuss the issue. One manager (I think his name is Jose) is very rude and should be talked to by his boss the way he talks to the employees.
