First I think bringing up age is very insensitive to the elderly community, accidents happen to all age groups and in this case our driver NEVER hit another vehicle. Secondly we contacted not only the owner of the vehicle hit but also the owner of the home where the car was located. Our driver did not hit the vehicle and we had a full investigation conducted on behalf of our insurance to determine in no way was it physically possible for the drivers vehicle to have hit the other vehicle. We had the case brought to court and it was dropped due to overwhelming evidenvce that our drivers car was not involved. We then followed up with another apologetic phone call to both parties indicating our sincerest regret that the police department did not do a better job of investigating to find the vehicle that hit their car.

We recently had food delivered from Mexican Express when visiting a friend in Erie. Later that night when we left to go home we found that someone had hit our car that was parked outside the house. Let me note that this was at the end of a very large cul-de-sac. After notifying the Police we found that the 78 year old driver from Mexican Express had hit our car. Even though he was charged with a hit and run and the Erie Police confirmed that their delivery truck did match the paint from our car we got a very rude phone call from the owner saying why they were not responsible. Would never recommend this place to anyone!!!
