Schaumburg Restaurant Guide

Food was very good, service was excellent as my son has a nut allergy and they went out of their way to make us fresh jalebi (his favorite) to ensure there was minimum risk for contamination. (we are not Indian BTW) Cleaner than most chaat places i've been to.

I have only eaten here for lunch, normally ordering the chole bhature and every time I say to myself, "Man, this is good!". It brings me back almost every week. Their dosas are *beautiful* -- the very picture and taste of what a dosa should be.

food is good but i would not visit again because the lady owner is a big mouth and pretty arrogant, moreoever another indian guy seems to be her husbands gives a " we dont care " attitude.

** When I had finished ordering at this restaurant, and my total bill was less than $15.00, the lady owner told me that I had to have a minimum order of $15.00 to use my visa card; when I informed her that she can not require minimum payments per her visa agreement, she told me that she does not care and she can change vendors, if they gave her any grief about requiring minimum payments.

** The Cholay Batura was decent, the Samosas’ did not have adequate filling plus did not have any taste, the gulab jamun sandwich was not sweet enough and dry and lastly, the tea was just luke warm.

Needless to say, I would not be visiting this restaurant anytime soon because of the owner’s attitude and the food flavor.

Milan Chat is excellent. The food is worth the wait, it is fresh and authentic.

Its very flavorful with lots of great spices. I always go here and have the dosa. The dosa is an amazing combination of bread, sauces, spices. It is a great place to go to get some authentic Indian food.

Best price, the best service, very good food in chicago
