Fayetteville Restaurant Guide

Had late lunch yesterday. Partner and I were the only ones there, two different things we requested on the menu they didn't have.
Service was okay but the only mae server there talked the entire time we were there. Kind of embarrassing to hear how upset he was about someone on the phone and behind the bar. Not great to go about 3:30pm.

Wonderful service, very friendly. The food was okay, not the best Mexican I've had, not the worse. There was just no flavor, not even the meat. I probably wouldnt go back again.

This place is awesome and i have no complains. The manager is wonderful beside being a cutie. he is very quite and reserve but extremly attentive. i love the food and i been going there for 6years.
i've never had a bad experience and the owner rocks she is very friendly and i've never seen her act out.
I'm amazed to read about this place being so dirty or roaches and the owner being rude or whatever those to reviews are about. Next is no big secret that where there is food an unfriendly gritter may surfice like anywhere regardless of how clean it could be. those reviews seam to be personal. one even said the food was good and that they loved going there for years. but then they come ones and see a roach and is all over. whatever visit the Monterrey you will not regret it.

its amazing finding a place with awesome customer service and fabulous food. the prices are just perfect. is wonderful to meet the owners they are so friendly. you feel like family when you go there. they have seen our kids grow and recently i was suprised when the owner send me a get well card for my dog, because the day before i told her our dog was in the vet fighting to survive. that really made us feel special. i know we are not just a number for them. go check the mariachi band i don't remember when it is but its every month the same time.

This is certainly the best mexican restaurant in town. It was voted the best restaurant to dine along with kids and burritos in town for 2009 voted in the best of fayetteville on the up and coming magazine. The food is excellent the prices are unbeatable for the quality of the food. My favorite is the texas fajitas and the shrimp cocktail. The waiters are fast and friendly. The ambience is great. The service is fast as well. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. I love the second floor. And they have Live Mariachi every third tuesday of the month. It's been my families spot for 9 years. Give it a try.

Only the best Mexican food restaurant in all of Fayetteville. When my husband and I moved from Texas, all we wanted was an authentic place to eat Tex-mex like back home. Everyone we take there enjoys it. The food is fantastic and you cannot beat the price. The customer service is wonderful and we have NEVER had a bad experience there. If you are lucky, you can see the mariachi band and have a great time!

THIS RESTAURANT IS ALWAYS DIRTY, I WENT THERE TWICE WITH MY FAMILY AND THERE WAS ROACHES IN MY FOOD AND IN THE WALLS IT WAS NASTY, THEN THERE IS A LADIE I GUESS THE OWNER IS ALWAYS YELLING AT THE WORKERS IN FRONT OF PEOPLE WITH NO MANNERS AT ALL INSTEAD OF TAKING THEM TO THE OFFICE AND TELLING PEOPLE HER WORKERS BUSSINESSES THERE IS NO RESPECT TO THE PEOPLE THAT GOES THERE THE WORKERS SOME OF THEM ARE NICE BUT OTHER ONES ARE ....

Took my family to eat there and the place was a mess, An abundance of trash was all over the floor and im not kidding. i thought i was seeing things but no, nice waiter thats about it, A lady who i think was in charge started cussing another waiter in front of my kids, we decided to leave cause it was getting out of hand.
