In 1973 the Ninfa's legacy originated in a one-room tortilla factory turned Houston, Texas landmark when "Mama" Ninfa Laurenzo first began stuffing handmade flour tortillas with chargrilled sliced beef. Thus began the North American fajita craze which established Ninfa's as a nationally renowned icon of Mexican cooking. To this day we proudly preserve the Mama Ninfa legacy of quality and service.
