Obviously, the guy that wrote the bad review didn't have a clue what he was talking about. The food is the best ever! The prices are reasonable....I will only eat at one place in Waterbury...only because I don't trust just any place to eat. The staff is courteous and friendly and contrary to what the other review said. THEY DO CARE.....!!! I LOVE NINOS!!!! AND CAN'T RECOMMEND IT ENOUGH... NO MATTER WHAT YOU GET IT'S DELICIOUS!!!

As this restaurant was located just down the road from my house, I _really_ wanted it to be a good place to eat. However, after many visits, I found that the food there is bland and tasteless, the service is bad, and based on a concern that I brought up when some takeout I'd ordered once, the management Just. Does. Not. Care.
Is this the worst place in the world? I guess not. But there are _many_ choices in the area, and most of the restaurants close to Nino's are far better than this place. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
