NOVI IS THE WORST! I went for a pizza and some nice jazz music on a Friday night. The music was good, the food was just ok, the service was the worst I've experienced in years. From the time we sat down the waitstaff completely ignored us.... it was close to impossible to even get a glass of water; the wait staff outright lied when when we asked some questions, the manager, Mike, is completely unattentive. Learn from my lousy experience and DON'T GO TO NOVI. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. NOVI IS THE WORST!
