I had called the restaurant two months in advance to reserve the banquet room for our anniversary party. I would like to have been informed that we would be sharing the room with strangers. I had also requested a table by an electric outlet to plug in my chocolate fountain and this did not happen. There were two wait persons when we got there. They both disappeared with an occasional visit by the female throughout the meal. Most of our group had to move the used plates to another table because they weren't being picked up. I resent being charged an automatic tip. Tips are supposed to be given for service and we had very little service. I was unable to find a source to get a glass of ice water. The wait people certainly weren't supplying it. I think that we had about four glasses sitting on our table when we got there. Everybody in the whole wide world does not drink sugar induced liquids.
I would never use this restaurant again for a group event and will inform others of our experience.
The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I have always loved the food because of the great selection and the fact that there is a large choice of desserts included.
