If you like the taste of soap on your sandwich, this is the place for you! I work close by and have practically quit eating there because of this soap issue. Today (only because of convenience) I ordered a Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. What I had when I got back to work was a Cheeseburger with onions, slaw, chili, and mayo. With EXTRA SOAP!!!!!!
