Wait staff was very friendly but everything else was a disappointment. The restaurant floor was dirty. Silverware and plates were dirty. No silverware was provided when food was served. Loud yelling from the kitchen interrupted conversation of patrons in the dining room. The toilet was clogged and floor wet - flooded.
