OMG! Seriously THE best food. I have never had fresher sushi in the desert. The presentation is wonderful. Every time I go in I am greeted by the hostess and staff. The environment is cool and calming, yet the happy hour is to die for! Awesome drink specials and sushi deals! What more could a girl want! I get a complimentary appetizer that varies day to day. One time I had marinated mushrooms, edamame and a fruit salad to keep me satisfied while I perused the menu. I like the variety of the menu; not so many options that one would have a hard time deciding. Short and oh so sweet. I love the duck salad and ginger rice most. Really, everything is good. I never have to wait to be seated and the staff is so very accommodating and on top of their jobs. Never have to ask for anything, it's like they can read my mind! 6 stars!
