I ordered a take out at Osaka;
I ordered Shrimp Tempura and Clear Soup.
I picked up the order and when I got home they had given me Shrimp Sushi and a Shrimp Curry soup.
I called up and they said bring the order back;
I live 20 miles round trip and hungry and said I was not about to bring the order back;
I asked for a credit of $20 and the Manager told me quite blankly that that was not their policy;
Keep what you have or bring it back was his response.
This is not a way to run a restaurant.
I have been in the restaurant business for years and have never been so insulted.
Sorry Osaka this is not acceptable.

I RECENTLY HAD THE UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE OF ORDERING A TO GO ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION THE ORDER WAS COMPLETELY INCORRECT AND THE ON DUTY MANAGER INFORMED ME IN A VERY CURT MANNER THE OWNERS POLICY DID NOT INCLUDE CREDIT UNLESS THE FOOD WAS RETURNED. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS NOT PREPARED TO DRIVE THE 15 MILES RETURN JOURNEY SIMPLY TO HAVE THIS HAPPEN.
TO SAY I WAS LESS THAN IMPRESSED WOULD BE UNDERSTATING. AND WILL OF COURSE I WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS RESTARAUNT IN THE FUTURE.
