Osaka's $25 per person all-you-can-eat buffet is not much of a bargain, when they add another 15% mandatory tip for a party of 5 (one of whom was a child). Since this is a buffet, the service consists of a person who brings beverages and picks up dirty plates. When we questioned this mandatory tip, we were told that they could add this charge any time they wanted (even though it is not posted anywhere).
Doubt we will go here again, even though the food is good enough, our tab was a little over $180. A little expensive for an impromptu Thursday evening meal for 4 adults and a child.

Every time we've gone we have been pleased with quantity and taste of the food. We've always liked the sushi there but are going to try the Hibachi this weekend for my husband's birthday. Hopefully we'll enjoy that as much as the sushi.
Mt daughter and I visited ShoGun for the 1st time and it was wonderful. Since this was the 1st time my 12 year old daughter had eaten sushi she was very impressed, so much so we try to make a monthly dinning experience.
