Our pasta is house made fresh daily. Featuring fresh daily, made Pastas, Rack of Lamb, Roasted Sea Bass for Two, Roasted Wild White Shrimp, Glazed Sea Scallops and an amazing array of authentic culinary delights from the Campagna region of Italy. The Chefs modernist rendition of the rich bounty of the Campagna, promises to put Hermosa Beach on the culinary map of the L.A. area. The Chef has spent extensive time in the Campagna; immersing himself in what he terms as the "culinary soul of the region….. I was originally intent on understanding the origins of cheeses and pizza which, were first made there. Beyond that, I found the rich culinary traditions of Napoli and the incomparable seafood of the Amalfi coast, to tantalize your senses. I think that this area, serves as a marvelous seafood balance to the legendary Po Valley in rounding the broad spectrum of Italian culinary rainbow.

We have brought this to Hermosa for the many people in the South Bay with discerning tastes, who, desire delectable cuisine without having to drive into L.A. In fact perhaps we will become the destination for L.A. to come to us.
