I am not sure why there is such a low review for Outback. This place is great! We don't always dine in; sometimes I order online and pick it up. Either way, the food is great although it's a little pricey.

Myself and two other friends ordered steaks. We got a salad and I noticed a tiny bug crawling on my right hand. Thought it was wierd. Was'nt an ant. We went ahead ate our salad, ate our steak then we noticed that the bread was covered with the same type of insect that was crawling on my hand earlier. We then noticed that they were all over the table plus the wall against the table where we were sitting. I called management. They did not charge us for the meals, so they said. 4 days later I show a charge for 16 dollars and change but no credit. First of all, I feel that probably nothing was done about it and secondly I deserve my credit. I will not ever go to that place again. The bugs looked like small roaches.
