I have been going to Pablo's from the first day they opened. I think it was in 1987. The food is just as good as the first time we went there. We go every week and have lunch.

This Mexican restaurant is the best! The dishes are all made from scratch. This is truly Mexican American food!! The cleanliness of the restaurant is UNSURPASSED!!!!The atmosphere is fun and cheery and you can dine outside!! Although it is on the spendy side it is well worth the price and the drive!!

Best fahitas around! Come there often. Used to love their hand cooked tortilla chips, but not they taste different, since they get them shipped there in bags. The salsa is ok, but could be a bit thicker. The hot sauce is the best, but I mix it with the mild. I do recommend this restaurant to many of my friends.

We LOVE Pablos!! The salsa is fantastic and the chips bottomless! We order the same thing every time we go and it's excellent every time. Oh, and the fried ice cream is most definitely something to save room for!

Try the super taco with chicken- It's great. Lunch time is the best time to go for more value. Perfect for someone who doesn't want indigestion later.

For starters we ordered Queso cheese dip, definately from a can, the plates are high on the lettuce content and little on meat and flavor. Tasted like taco bell. Expensive and bland. Cannot reccommend. If no Mexicans eat there, beware. Should not be called "mexcian" food

This little restaurant serves americanized mexican food, and the food is rather bland, but it is certainly edible. It may well serve the best mexican food in Shakopee, but I wouldn't recommend driving any real distance to get here. The food is moderate, and the prices are slightly high for the quality. The service is quick and friendly, but not particularly impressive. The atmosphere is definitely family oriented: the lighting is high, the noise level is rather high, the tables are without tableclothes, and the seating is adequately comfortable. The restaurant gets three stars.

Family owned, authentic Mexican food, always fresh! Great service. My favorite of all Mexican restaurants in the Cities. Worth the drive!
