Shahin is one of the owners of Padria Mediterranean Cafe and the creative source of the great tastes behind the Mediterranean, Turkish and Middle Eastern dishes. Shahin wanted to make certain that Padria is not perceived as a "Greek" restaurant or a Gyro shop.

The dishes are a blend of flavors that have been enhanced based on Shahin's own touch. This is what has made Padria such a popular destination in a very short time among many nationalities.

All items are made fresh every day; sorry we can't zap your food to reheat it. There are no Microwaves.
