Horrible customer service. Argue with their customers. No consistency with the food, one time it's fantastic, next time there is a problem. It's hit and miss. The owners will argue with you instead of resolving the issue. With the economy as slow as it is, people will just not go back to this restaurant because it is not worth the hassle. They will go somewhere else where they are confident that they will receive great food and GREAT SERVICE! Oh, Carrabbas is right down the street and you will get fantastic atmosphere, excellent food, and wonderful customer service. Thanks for listening. ~ Mandarin
Food most of the time ok but service dinning in and carry out the worst. When they get your order wrong they make it out to be your problem. Owners wife is rude and treats customer's like she is doing them a favor. Spend your money elsewhere.
All of their pizza is home-made and cooked in a brick oven. The bartender was very knowledgable on the food and their HUGE selection of draft beers. The beers are all behind the bartender, easy to see with I believe over 70 drafts and bottle beers.

Al’s is a great place to go for pizza. They use fresh ingredients and also have great entrees. My favorite is the chicken parmigiana. I always have great service and enjoy my meal.

YUMMMMMMMMY! Whether you drop in for a slice, a hoagie, or dinner, you will find a relaxing atmosphere with a variety of soft drinks, domestic and imported wines & beers to accompany your food.
Their pizza, hoagies, and cheese steaks are typical of New Jersey style - a cross between Philadelphia and NY style Italian food, with thinner crusts with the toppings actually on the TOP of the cheese. The Philly-style hoagie rolls are authentic, and the dinners are made-to-order fresh with hand-breaded chicken parm that isn't breaded until you order it. You can also order such fare as lasagna, meatballs, and more.
They also have a Kids' Menu which includes Mac & Cheese, corn dogs, triple-decker grilled cheese, pasta and more.
And they didn't stop there! You can order appetizers through dessert at this restaurant in the heart of Mandarin!
