A note from Papa...
Welcome to a taste of Philly on the Pacific. We pride ourselves in the most authentic EAST COAST subs anywhere in California. I feel my claim to fame is my bread. My Italian bread mix comes to me from an old bakery in Atlantic City, N.J. We bake it fresh every 15 minutes of every day. All orders are cooked to order custom and fresh on Italian or fresh backed crusty wheat.

On top of the fresh baked bread, I pile the best quality meats...ask for a sample and see if you don't agree. Our house specialties are, of course, PHILLY CHEESE STEAKS, CHICKEN CHEESE STEAKS, special Italian hoagies, award winning tuna subs, and fresh roasted turkey. Both my cheese, steaks and chicken cheese steaks are sizzling hot, on my freshly baked bread with the fixings you please. My award winning tuna recipe comes from Grandma Tozzi, in Atlantic City, and I have been eating it since I was baby Jake.

Every sandwich that leaves my shop gets dressed with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and onions; as well as imported sweet and hot red peppers (real Italian cherry peppers, not jalapeno's - you'll notice the difference).

Let's suppose you want to try something that I haven't listed. Well go ahead, I've got fresh roasted turkey, roast beef, and ham for subs, and I'll heat anything on the grill for you.

Basically what I'm saying is that EVERYTHING here is really good, and you're crazy if you get a sub any other way. "The Best 12" you've ever had in your mouth". Now serving Beverly Hills.
