WE WENT TO THE NEW PAPI'S IN LAWRENCEVILLE, GA LOCATED AT: LAWRENCEVILLE SUWANEE RD. AND DULUTH HWY. AND WE ASK FOR TWO MOJITOS AT THE BAR AND THERE WAS ONLY A COUPLE OF PEOPLE SEATED IN THERE AND MR: GEORGE OR JORGE WERE VERY RUDE WHEN 25 MINUTES LATER MY WIFE ASK FOR THE DRINK (THE SAME DRINK WE WE ASK 25 MIN. BEFORE ) AND HE START ARGUE WITH US BECAUSE WE CANCEL THE ORDER. WE THINK THIS RESTAURANT IT IS GOOD BUT THIS PERSON MAKE IT LOOK BAD.

Im Cuban so i am very picky whenit comes to my the food it has to be like abuelos and it was as close it can get.

I went to this resturant several months ago, ordered my food and waited, and waited, and waited. After about 30 minutes I went upstairs and asked for my money back because I had to get back to work. They had an attitude with me and said my food was sitting on the counter about to be served. I got my money back and left. Unfortuantly I went back today, assuming that maybe they were busy last time and that was a fluke situation. I ordered once again then it was on to sitting there and wait and wait for another 25 minutes for my food, which never came. People around me came and went. I had to ask for my money back again, and questioned the guy who was at the register why it was taking 30 minutes for my food to arrive. He mumbled something about the tip jar and gave me my money back. What horrible service.

Whenever I frequent this location I will only allow Kathy Ann to serve me. From my very first visit to the one today Kathy Ann always makes sure EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! If you ever visit this location and all is not well
