Considering that is a chain restaurant, the relation Food Quality / Price / Ambiance is not bad. Increasing the quality of food and or reducing prices will be a good idea. Being from a part of the world known for the high quality of the food especialy seafood and the high level of service offered on restaurants and after spending over 20 years on this industry, I will rate Pappadeaux as a 3.5 star restaurant.
