Patties of Jamaica is a one of a kind experience. Everyone either living in or visiting Indianapolis has an obligation to try a Jamaican Patty (Jam Pat). The menu feautures only about 10 items however there is no reason to get anything other than Jam Pats. A Jam Pat is a delicious ground beef concoction sealed inside a flaky pastry shell and are less than $1.50. The proprieters of Patties of Jamaica are also the most friendly people you will ever meet. They are genuine Jamaicans (Henry and Stefan) and they greet everyone with the phrase, "my friend". Never pass up a chance to eat Jam Pats they are truly a food stuff of the gods which makes Stefan and Henry prophets of truth. Keep this in mind while you enjoy.
