As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, cleanliness is a BIG PLUS. The gentleman that took our order had a really nice attitude, he was pleasant. Not to mention he was a cutie! After placing our order we sat and were chatting, and I happened to look over the counter and our food had been placed there, and we were not made aware. While we were eating the gentleman left for a couple of minutes to run an errand. I find that to be unprofessional. We had to get up and request a refill on our drinks. The television was set on a channel that was not appealing at all, I would of preferred Sports or even the Weather Channel. And last but not least, the bathrooms were a true dissapointment. When I first walked in the bathroom there was a very strong smell, not pleasant at all, and when I got to the toilet it just got worse. It smelled like mold, or seweage. I would honestly suggest to look in to the bathroom issue as it can lead to a sanitation problem in your business, being that I'm certain that your employees also utilize the same bathroooms as customers/consumers.
