I wish I could say that the food was great. It was not bad, just not great. Beans and rice were undercooked and we had to ask for fajita toppings you get at other restaurants (lack thereof part of the "authentic" cuisine?). The fajitas themselves were good.
I agree that service was slow but, when servers were present, they were friendly and seemed eager to please.
Has the makings of a great restaurant. I hope they will read, heed and see their business grow.

Great food. My husband had the ceviche and raved about the flavors and overall dish. I had a standard mexican dish and it was also delicious. Service a little slow, but we have found this in other Mexican restaurants. Don't let this bother you, just relax and have another margarita, which by the way are delicious at Peppers!
