PI Pizzeria Wine Bar is Adam's Morgan answer to the traditional brick oven pizzeria. Pi uses a charcoal oven to prepare its gourmet style pizzas and pastas, and provides a menu stocked with other traditional Italian staples. All dishes are made with locally grown, hand made, and simple ingredients; a process dubbed as "slow-food," that supports local farmers and produce, and is predominately organic, vegetarian, and vegan. PI's split-level venue infuses an eclectic, retro vibe on the bottom level with a more contemporary bistro style social lounge on the upper level. Come for the great food, and constantly changing array of domestic wines that are sure to please even the most discerning palette.
