Pollo Tropical serves absolutely delicious flame grilled chicken with sides such as black beans and rice, yucca fries, plantains, salads, etc. A side bar allows variations such as salsa, onions, etc. I have moved from South Florida and have begged, groveled, pleaded for the recipes this chain serves without success. It is the one thing I miss about South Florida. Friends who come to visit from South Florida know to pack some Pollo for me when they fly here. Best chicken, best black beans & rice, best everything...and unfortunately not a national chain. :(

I love this place!! I drive from cutler bay to Sweetwater because it's that good.Everytime i come to this place,the food is consistently delicious. Service is always pleasant and attentive to my needs as a customer.
