Possum's is a hit or miss restaurant. Especially with to go orders. The voodoo chicken is particularly a problem. They just don't give you what you pay for at times, and other times it's wonderful.

Had dinner there on Thursday. The shrimp creole was out of this world. The best I had ever eaten.
Perhaps I'll try the crayfish puff and stuff next time. I was told it is out of this world.
